How can we help?

Account & sign-in

• No verification email? Check your spam or promotions folder, then resend it from the verification screen.
• Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page to get a reset link.
• You can change your password anytime in Account settings.

Credits & billing

• New accounts get 50 free credits once the email is verified. No card needed.
• Plans are monthly. Each month your balance resets to your plan’s credit amount.
• Cancel anytime in Account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• One plan at a time: to switch, cancel and pick a new plan when your current month ends.

Writing & exports

• If a chapter or export fails, the credits for it are refunded automatically. Just try again.
• Download your ebook as PDF, EPUB or Word (DOCX) from the Export & publish tab.
• Edited a chapter? Rebuild the export so the file includes your latest changes.
• Need a longer book? Add chapters from the chapter plan in the editor, up to 20 per book.

Publishing & community

• Publish from the Export & publish tab to get a public link and appear in the community.
• Anyone with the link can read a published ebook. Unpublish anytime to take it down.
• You own your ebooks and can sell them anywhere, with no royalties to us.

Refunds

Not happy with your first subscription payment? Email us within 7 days of that payment, as long as none of its credits have been used, and we’ll refund it in full. See the Terms of Service for details.

Your data & account

You can delete your account in Account settings. Export any ebooks you want to keep first. For privacy requests, email us and read our Privacy Policy.
